Customization: Most of our products are personalized and made-to-order. Customers must ensure that all personalization details (names, dates, photos, messages, etc.) provided at the time of order are accurate.

Colors & Designs: While we strive for accuracy, actual colors, textures, and finishes may slightly differ from digital previews due to variations in screen settings and production methods.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

Accepted payment methods are displayed on the checkout page.

Prices listed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as per applicable law (details provided at checkout).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There are errors in pricing or description

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are suspected

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are mentioned on the product page but may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.

Non-custom products may be eligible for returns under conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Order cancellations are only allowed before production starts.
