1. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: 2–3 business days for handmade/custom products.
Delivery Timeline (Domestic): 3–7 business days across India (depending on location).
Processing includes design finalization, crafting, quality checks, and safe packaging.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (India):

Note: Partial COD is not available for international orders.

For special promotions or bulk orders, shipping terms may vary and will be communicated accordingly.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this to track your package in real time.
5. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
We also deliver internationally across the globe.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to meet timelines, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, courier network issues, government restrictions, etc.).

7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at the time of order.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
