Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Grify.in (https://grify.in/), operated under the legal business name Kamal Bhati HUF. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Customized Products
Most of our products are customized, handmade, and crafted to order.
Due to their personalized nature, customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details (names, images, text, colors, etc.) before confirming the order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please share your order details and clear photographs of the product.
After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:

A free replacement, or
-
A full refund (if replacement is not possible)
In such cases, Grify.in will bear the return shipping cost.
3. Non-Custom Products
For non-customized items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations

Before Production Starts: Full refund is eligible if the order is canceled before production begins.

After Production Starts: Customized orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once crafting has started.
5. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return:

6. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and approving the returned product.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
