Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Kamal Bhati (HUF), operating under the brand name Grify.in (https://grify.in/). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Customized Products
- Most of our products are customized, handmade, and crafted to order.
- Due to their personalized nature, customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
- We encourage customers to review personalization details (names, images, text, colors, etc.) carefully before confirming the order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please share your order details and clear photographs of the product.
- After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, if replacement is not possible.
- In such cases, Grify.in will bear the return shipping cost.
3. Non-Custom Products
- For non-customized items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective/incorrect).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
- Before Production Starts: Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund.
- After Production Starts: Customized orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once crafting has begun.
5. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return:

- Once approved, securely pack the product (preferably with tracking/insurance).

6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Clearance or discounted items marked Final Sale
